Blog Entry #3: Can you guess it?

 You just need to imagine. Now for some people that's harder for than others, but just try. Im holding something, you're holding something too. It's almost like a metal tin, feels cold on the hands. when you shake the tin you can hear it rattle. It's as if there are a bunch of small objects being shaken in this tin. When we open it we have to kind of pop it open. Take one of the small objects and place it into your mouth. It's got a taste to it but not sure what that taste is, its not sweet and its not sour. It's cooling and almost burns under your tongue. The small objet slowly becomes smaller and smaller the longer it's in your mouth, eventually disintegrating into nothing but fresh breath. What is it?

Blog Entry #2: Stop With the Cucumbers, Eat Some Cake

 Many people try to shy away from desserts because well... we all know why. The problem with this is that when you're trying to be healthy, instead of eating the sweet treat you're craving you try and eat a cucumber instead. We all know a cucumber is nothing like a piece of cake. There are tons of healthy sweats that have plenty of protein and that are gut healthy.  Oatmeal might be a boring breakfast but it is actually a good ingredient to use in dessert. Chocolate covered oatmeal is way better than that boring bowl everyone makes in the morning. Oats actually have a higher source of protein than most other grains. So why not actually make it taste good? There are many recipes on the internet for almost any kind of dessert you want, except this time it's actually made healthy. Ni more feeling bad about every little thing you eat. Once again NO CUCUMBERS!
